Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the Tilley hat or garment is securely packed to maintain its shape.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
